What my clients are saying

"I've trained with Steve regularly for almost 6 months and he has drastically changed the way I view exercising and diet and demonstrated first-hand results of weight training and cardio. Steve has been a great motivator always pushing me a bit further each week with genuine care about my success. His professionalism, knowledge and commitment to deliver results provides with me a perfect scenario for success but more importantly sets foundation for my new healthier lifestyle"

Guy Du Bois

"Steve is an extraordinary trainer who combines a great deal of experience with high emotional intelligence. Both my 16 year old son and I train with him and from the first few weeks of our training with him we were able to feel the positive effect physically as well as mentally. Steve is very disciplined and organised but also kind, approachable and supportive. He encourages you to set goals and he pays close attention to everything that may affect your fitness: from injuries and other physical limitations, to diet and mood, so that the program he devises is sustainable as well as dynamic. He sends fun or firm weekly texts with tips and advice on healthy eating and when training, any exercise can be slightly altered so you will always be motivated and never be allowed to give in. By the end of every session you leave feeling like you have worked your muscles and cleared your head. My son and I always look forward to our respective workouts with Steve and just as we were grateful to have been recommended to him we would recommend him unreservedly ourselves."

Lydia Persianis

Mother of two, Interior Designer

"Steve is the ideal trainer for people who are scared of training. His gentle and encouraging manner is perfect for one getting started - and only slowly does one realise that he will actually become demanding, but in the very best of ways. This is a man who understands the role of the mind in inhibiting one from properly looking after the body, and his therapeutic bedside tone is exactly what one needs. I could never have lifted a single weight without him!"
